Our Clients have the options of either 1) using their own call center or 2) using one of our call center partners.

Regardless of the Call Center option used we have the ability to charge credit, issue refunds, reship orders, and handle returns.

Client Services which is part of our Call Center Services can serve as the research and information center for all orders processed though the CDC Fulfillment System.
