Client Orders that have been inducted into the CDC order management system are sorted programmatically and printed in the fulfillment center. Currently all orders are picked from paper and every order includes an invoice/pick ticket.

If void-fill is required, the order is packed with air pillows and not plastic peanuts.

If an order is received before 2:00 PM CST, manifesting is accomplished using Clipper Ship software and shipped the same day. All orders will be shipped within a twenty-four hour period which can encompass two days.

Orders are check weighed at the manifest station to help determine accuracy, which in our facility is currently running at 99.7%.

CDC ships by UPS, Fed Ex Ground, Fed Ex Express, USPS, DHL, LTL and TL.

All completed orders are updated daily and are available through the web via our online order management system.
